Where is my order?
All orders placed before 4pm will be packed and sent on the same day. If your order is received after 4pm, it will be sent the next business day. Uila Jewelry ships all our parcels via Australia Post.
Lost package?
Please refer to the automated email sent to your chosen email address once your parcel has been shipped. You can track your parcel through the tracking number provided.
If there are any issues with this, please contact our Customer Care with your Order #.
How long will my order take to ship?
If your order is placed before 4pm on a business day, it will be packaged and sent that day. Any orders placed after 4pm on a business day, or placed on the weekend, will be sent the next following business day. Regular shipping will take 2-3 business days from the day it is sent out. Express shipping will arrive on the next business day.
You will receive an email with a tracking number that will enable you to track your package until it safely reaches your home!
How much is shipping?
Regular shipping post will cost $8. Uila Jewelry will provide you with complimentary shipping where you spend over $100.
Express shipping post will cost $10. I Uila Jewelry will provide you with complimentary shipping where you spend over $150.
Where does Uila Jewelry ship to?
Uila Jewelry ship Australia wide via Australia Post.
Additionally, we also offer international shipping upon request. Please contact Customer Care.
I’m missing an item from my order.
Uila Jewelry sincerely apologises. Please contact our Customer Care with your order # as the subject title and identify the missing item.
I’ve received the wrong item.
Uila Jewelry sincerely apologises for this mistake. Please contact our Customer Care as soon as possible with your order # as the subject title. In the email, describe the product received and identifying the product ordered.
