We do offer worldwide shipping. All orders are sent from Sydney, Australia.
Flat rate shipping of $20 AUD.
For orders over $200, shipping will be free

Whilst Uila Jewelry does not offer refunds on purchases, we kindly offer exchanges and store credit on all of our pieces if you change your mind within 14 days from your date of purchase. However, for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earring styles.
To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Care with your Order # and form of return you would like: Store Credit or Exchange.
However, Uila Jewelry will not accept any pieces when:
They are not returned in their original condition; have been worn, damaged, or not sent in the original packaging
Pieces that are purchased on sale or using a discount/promotion code.
As such, Uila Jewelry will not provide any returns in the above situations.
